Shipping and Return Policy


The lead time of the delivery varies depending on quantity and complexity of the order. We will keep you posted about the progress of your order. While every effort will be made to deliver products on time Glasnovic does not accept liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control. Exceeding the delivery time does not oblige Glasnovic to any liabilities and does not grant the right for the buyer to cancel the purchase agreement.

Delivery Method

We’ll send all deliveries by DHL, Fedex, HP or GLS.
The delivery costs will be calculated based on delivery location.


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, please describe what’s wrong with the item you received, and send us a picture.

Please note, we can only refund/replace damaged/broken items. Also, to complete your return, we require an invoice or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted (if applicable)

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 7 days after it was received by a client

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will transfer full or partial amount back to you, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
